Abstract： This article takes the construction and optimization ofa university real estate information management platform as the research object，analyzes the problems and bottlenecks in the current process ofuniversity real estate management informationization，and proposes specificsolutions tothese problems.Theaimis to improve the effcency and quality of real estate management in universities bybuilding an efcient and optimized information management platform，promoting the informatizationand intellgence processofreal estate management，and thereby enhancing the overalloperational efciencyand service level ofuniversities，bettr meting the needs of teachersand students.
