Innovative Applications and Efficiency Enhancement of Attention Mechanisms in AI Image Semantic Segmentation

Abstract: In the field ofartificial intellgence image semantic segmentation,the innovative application of attention mechanisms has significantly improved segmentationeffciency.Spatial atention mechanisms focuson key areas by allocating weights,enhancing segmentation accuracy; whereas channel atention mechanisms optimize feature selection by weighting according to the importance of feature channels.The combination of these two forms a dual atention mechanism,further enhancing model performance.These innovative applications have not only improved segmentation accuracy but also paved new paths for research in the field of image processing.
