Abstract: With therapid developmentof information technology,digital transformation hasbecome thecore path for various industries toenhancecompetitivenes,innovate operational models,and create new value.Inthecurrent contextof increasingly fierce global competition and acelerating changes in consumer demand towards diversification and personalization,the operational models oftraditional enterprises have exposed many drawbacks and are difcult to meet therapidlychanging needs of the market. In the fields of intellgent manufacturing,smart finance,and smart cities,artificial intelligence universal application systems have cariedout many innovative practices,bringing new opportunities for industry development. However,thedevelopment and application of AI generalapplication systems are not smooth sailing,facing manychallenges suchas technologyselection,costcontrol,datasecurity,compliance, and so on.This study conducts an in-depth analysis of these contents in order to provide useful references and inspirations for the digital transformation of enterprises.
