基于大數(shù)據(jù)分析的高職教師心理健康教育模式研究

Abstract: This paper focuses on the research of the mental health education modelfor vocational colege teachers based on big data analysis.By analyzing the application potential of big data in the mental health education of vocational college teachers,itproposes tobuildadata-driven mental healthassessmentsystem,anonlineandofflie integrated mental health intervention mechanism,andaneducationmodelsupportedbybigdata for the integrationand sharingof educationalresources.Atthesame time,itsummarizes the problems existing in the mental health education model,suchasthe single dimensionofdata collction,weak privacyprotection mechanism,insufficienttechnical application ability,anddata sharing barriers.Based on this,it puts forward corresponding optimization strategies, such as broadening the dimension of data collection,strengthening the privacy protection mechanism,improving the technical application ability,and building acollaborative sharing platform,inorder to provide more effectivesupport for the mental health education of vocational college teachers.

隨著職業(yè)教育改革的深化,高職教師面臨教學(xué)、科研與社會(huì)服務(wù)的多重壓力,其心理健康問題日益凸顯,而傳統(tǒng)心理健康教育依賴問卷調(diào)查與經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷,存在數(shù)據(jù)碎片化、干預(yù)滯后等局限性。(剩余4449字)
