Abstract:SDHequipment is thecore of electric power communication networksand is responsible for efficiently andreliablytransmitingalarge amountofdata.Inviewof the importanceofcommunicationandthe requirements for stability,this paper discusses the redundancy design methods for SDH equipment, including protection ring design. network topologyredundancyconfigurationand protection switching technology,aiming toimprove thereliabilityand fault tolerance of the system. The effectiveness of the design has been verified through testing.
