Abstract： Taking the wine industryon the eastern fot of the Helan Mountain in Ningxia as an example， this paper analyzes the problems in its digital management processand puts forward strategies such as strengthening data collection and processing capabilities，upgrading equipment and technologies，cultivating professional talents， optimizing the management system and strengthening the construction of network security，aiming to improve the digital management level of the wine industry on the eastern foot of the Helan Mountain.
