Abstract： This paper describes the characteristics of EPC communication engineering projects，and on the basis of scientificanalysis ofcollaborative managementelements andanalysisof schedule，qualityandcostobjectives，based on the theoryof objective management and collaborative management，amulti-objectivecollaborative management model for the whole processofcommunication engineering projects is constructed， which provides reference for the transformation and upgrading of EPC communication engineering construction project management.

我國通信工程行業(yè)的新要求與通信工程建設項目的新特點
