Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,native artificial intelligence has become an important direction forthe evolution of telecommunications business support systems.The biling system is the core system supporting telecommunications services and already has cloud native features. Iturgently needs to evolve fromcloud native toAInative.Inorder tocomprehensively improvethedigitalization leveloftelecomgrade biling systemsand further reducecosts and increase efficiency,this paper explores theevolutionof telecom grade biling systems based onAINative and proposes the ProCAF (Production Copilot Agent Framework) framework.This framework builds a billing copilotsystemandembeds intelligentagent technologytoachieveautomationand intellgenceofbilling system business processing,laying the foundation for 6G sub domain business support for digital innovation.
