Abstract: This paper focuses on the application of digital model technology in the intelligent metal supervision of thermal power units.Faced with the challenges of high parameters,new materials andflexibleoperation requirements brought by the development of thermal power, traditional metal supervision methods are inadequate. Inteligent supervision through the construction ofa unified multivariate database and three-dimensional visualization model, integrationof the whole lifecycledata,theuseofbigdataand intellgent technology,toachieve integrated display of component health status,accurate analysis and intelligent management.The technology significantly improves information accuracypromotesaccuratecorrelationandfullifecycle control,promotes the transformationofthermal power metal supervision to intelligent and digital,and effectively responds to new challenges in the industry.
