Abstract： This paper studies the application of computer graphics and image processing technology in visual communication systems，and introduces the non-local means algorithm，principal component analysis （PCA）-based multispectral compresion technologyand Otsu adaptive threshold method.Through verification，these technologies have effectively improved the eficiencyand expressiveness of visual communication systems，providing designers with more creative possibilities.
