摘 要:隨著食品加工行業(yè)的發(fā)展,食品安全已成為公共衛(wèi)生領域的核心議題之一。傳統(tǒng)的食品安全監(jiān)測方法存在成本高、監(jiān)測時間長、操作工程復雜等諸多問題,影響了食品安全監(jiān)測的高效性和準確性。腸道益生菌作為一類對宿主有益的微生物,在維持宿主腸道健康和食品安全監(jiān)測中顯示出巨大潛力。

Abstract: With the development of the food processing industry, food safety has become one of the core issues in the field of public health. Traditional food safety monitoring methods have many problems such as high cost, long monitoring time, and complex operation engineering, which affect the efficiency and accuracy of food safety monitoring. As a class of microorganisms that are beneficial to the host, intestinal probiotics have shown great potential in maintaining host intestinal health and food safety monitoring.
