枯草芽孢桿菌發(fā)酵蟹殼產蛋白酶的研究

摘 要:本文通過單因素以及響應面試驗優(yōu)化枯草芽孢桿菌發(fā)酵蟹殼產蛋白酶的發(fā)酵條件。結果表明,枯草芽孢桿菌發(fā)酵蟹殼產蛋白酶的最優(yōu)發(fā)酵條件為接種量18%、發(fā)酵溫度40 ℃、培養(yǎng)基初始pH=9.0、發(fā)酵時間48 h、裝液量120 mL。在此條件下,蛋白酶的酶活力為183.53 U·mL-1。

Research on the Production of Protease by Bacillus subtilis Fermentation of Crab Shell

Abstract: In this paper, single factor and response surface tests were used to optimize the fermentation conditions of Bacillus subtilis for producing protease from crab shell. The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions of Bacillus subtilis fermentation were 18% inoculation amount, 40 ℃ fermentation temperature, pH=9.0 initial culture medium, 48 h fermentation time and 120 mL liquid loading. Under these conditions, the activity of protease was 183.53 U·mL-1.
