氣相色譜法在農(nóng)產(chǎn)食品有害添加劑檢測中的應用
摘 要:為了提升農(nóng)產(chǎn)食品有害添加劑檢測的精準性和效率,保障食品安全與消費者健康,本文以氣相色譜法為例,研究其在農(nóng)產(chǎn)食品中有害著色劑、有害防腐劑、有害甜味劑、瘦肉精類物質(zhì)及隱匿農(nóng)藥添加劑等檢測中的應用。

Application of Gas Chromatography in the Detection of Harmful Additives in Agricultural Food Products

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the detection of harmful additives in agricultural food and ensure food safety and consumer health, this paper takes gas chromatography as an example to study its application in the detection of harmful colorants, harmful preservatives, harmful sweeteners, clenbuterol substances and hidden pesticide additives in agricultural food.
