藥食同源葛根的營養(yǎng)成分及其在食品開發(fā)中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：本文闡述藥食同源葛根的主要營養(yǎng)成分及作用，以及葛根在食品開發(fā)中的應(yīng)用，以期為葛根的藥食同源功能研究提供理論參考。

Nutritional Components of Medicinal and Edible Homologous Puerariae Lobatae Radix and Its Application in Food Development

Abstract： In this paper， the main nutrients and functions of the medicinal and edible homologous Puerariae Lobatae Radix were described， as well as the application of Puerariae Lobatae Radix in food development， in order to provide theoretical reference for the study of the medicinal and edible homologous functions of Puerariae Lobatae Radix.
