摘 要:茶始于中國,盛行于世界。茶作為一種飲品,含有大量的營養(yǎng)成分,有一定的健康功效。本文綜述了六大茶類的主要茶性成分,重點分析不同茶類的工藝特點及健康功效,以提高人們對茶文化的認知與興趣。同時,本文還提出六大茶類的價值提升策略,以期更好地踐行“三茶”統(tǒng)籌新理念,助推茶產業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。

Research on the Health Benefits and Value Enhancement Strategy of the Six Major Tea Types

Abstract: Tea originated in China and has since become popular worldwide. As a kind of drink, tea contains a lot of nutrients and has certain health effects. In this paper, the main tea components of six kinds of tea are reviewed, and the technological characteristics and health effects of different kinds of tea are analyzed in order to improve people’s cognition and interest in tea culture. At the same time, this paper also put forward six kinds of tea value enhancement strategies, in order to better practice the new concept of “three teas” integration, promote the healthy development of tea industry.
