成都市富硒食品真實(shí)性調(diào)研分析

摘 要：近年來，人們對(duì)富硒食品的關(guān)注度越來越高。本文以四川省成都市各商超中售賣的富硒食品為研究對(duì)象，為驗(yàn)證硒含量真實(shí)性展開調(diào)研，從食品種類、產(chǎn)地分布、商品售價(jià)、標(biāo)簽硒含量真實(shí)性以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)比情況進(jìn)行了分析，并針對(duì)目前富硒食品真實(shí)性現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了展望和建議。

Research and Analysis on Authenticity of Selenium-Enriched Food in Chengdu

Abstract： In recent years， people pay more and more attention to selenium-rich foods. In this paper， selenium-rich foods sold in supermarkets in Chengdu， Sichuan province， were investigated to verify the authenticity of selenium content， and analyzed from the aspects of food type， origin distribution， commodity price， label authenticity of selenium content and standard comparison， and made prospects and suggestions for the current authenticity of selenium-rich foods.
