Study on Rapid Detection Methods of Pesticide Residues in Food and Its Development Trend
WANG Ying (Qinhuangdao Food and Drug Inspection Center, Qinhuangdao O66ooo, China)
Abstract: Food safety is one of the important issues of widespread concern in today’s society, and excessive pesticideresidues are the main factor affecting food safety. This article reviews theresearch statusand development trends of rapid detection methods for pesticide residues in food, with a focus on three types of rapid detection technologies, including enzyme-linked immunosorbent assayand immunochromatography based on immune analysis, enzyme inhibition based, nucleic acid aptamer and molecular imprinting sensors based on biosensors,Raman spectroscopy, near-infrared spectroscopy and fuorescence spectroscopy based on spectral analysis. These methods each have their own characteristics, forming complementary advantages in detection sensitivity, specificity, and ease of operation. The future development trend willfocus on the integration of multiple technologies, portable and intelligent devices, in order to provide stronger technical support for food safety supervision.
