Determination of Cadmium in Yulin Minor Cereals by Microwave Digestion- Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract: In this paper, an analytical method for determining cadmium content in minor cereals by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy was established.The results of method validation showed that the linear relationship between cadmium in the range of 0μgL-1 to 2.5μgL-1 was good, the correlation coefficient r=0.999 4 ,the relative standard deviation of the method precision was 1.7% to 3.1% , the detection limit was (204號(hào) 0.00074mg?kg-1 ,and the recovery rate was 95.5% to 102.0% ,all of which met the requirements of trace detection. A total of30 kinds of minor cereals in5categories were tested,andthecadmium content in all samples was lower than the requirements of the GB 2762—2022 limit standard.
