Application of Personnel Risk Management in Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Testing Institutions

Abstract: As the operating body of the management system of agricultural product quality and safety testing institutions,personnel areoneof the most important and basic resources.They playa keyrole in the testing work carriedoutbythe institutions and directlyaffect thereliabilityand corectness of the testresultsand data.Personnel risk management runs through the entire process of the management system operation and is an important part of the institution’s realizationof comprehensive risk management.This article takes personnel selection,personnel training and assesment,personnel supervision,personnel authorization,personnel work proceses,and the managementof dispatched personnelas themain lines tocomprehensively analyze therisk identification and control of personnel, aiming to ensure that agricultural product quality and safety testing institutions always meet the requirements of compliance operation and the management system in terms of personnel risk management.
