The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Student Nutrition Food Monitoring from the Perspective of Food Safety

Abstract: In order to enhance students' nutritional food safety levels and risk prevention capabilities,this paper analyzes the existing issues in the current monitoring of student nutritional foods from a food safety perspective, including incomplete system coverage,insufcient standardadaptability,outdated detection technologies,and low efficiency of collaborative governance.It proposes strategies such as establishing a fully traceable system, formulating specialized nutritional standards,strengthening rapid detection and smart supervision,and improving multi-partycolaborative mechanisms.The analysis suggests that a dual-driven approach involving institutional design and technological integration should beadopted to build a scientific and eficient monitoring and governance system, ensuring the nutritional health of students and food safety on campuses.
