The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Student Nutrition Food Monitoring from the Perspective of Food Safety

Abstract： In order to enhance students' nutritional food safety levels and risk prevention capabilities，this paper analyzes the existing issues in the current monitoring of student nutritional foods from a food safety perspective， including incomplete system coverage，insufcient standardadaptability，outdated detection technologies，and low efficiency of collaborative governance.It proposes strategies such as establishing a fully traceable system， formulating specialized nutritional standards，strengthening rapid detection and smart supervision，and improving multi-partycolaborative mechanisms.The analysis suggests that a dual-driven approach involving institutional design and technological integration should beadopted to build a scientific and eficient monitoring and governance system， ensuring the nutritional health of students and food safety on campuses.
