Research on Countermeasures for the Problem of Excessive Metal Content in Rice in Food Safety Supervision

Abstract： This paper focuses on the supervision issues and countermeasures regarding the excessive heavy metal content in rice in China. It analyzes the deficiencies in the supervision system from four dimensions： the production process，detection technology，coverage in grassroots areas，and public participation.Systemic solutions are proposed，including constructing a full-process supervision mechanism，strengthening technological research and development， establishing a regional cooperation model， and improving public participation channels.The aim is to provide theoretical references and practical approaches for enhancing the effectiveness of the supervision of rice quality and safety.
