Abstract: Food safety management in the catering industry is closely related to public health and safety and is thecornerstone for the sustainedand healthy development of thecatering industry.This article aims to provide the public with safe and reliablecatering fod and promote the healthy and orderly development ofthe catering industry. Focusing on the current situation of catering food safety management, it analyzes problems in catering food safety management such as out-of-control supply chain management, non-standard operation processes,and incomplete management systems. On this basis, it specifically puts forward suggestions for optimizing and improving catering food safety management. It aims to effectively enhance the management level offood safetyin the catering industry, promote the healthydevelopment ofthecatering industry,and ensure people's“food safety on the tipofthe tongue".
