Problems and Optimization Paths of Food Safety Traceability System in Inspection and Supervision

Abstract: The food safety traceability system is an important tool to ensure the safety of the food supply chain.Itrealizes the full traceability of food from production to consumption through information technology means.This article analyzes the current application status of the food safety traceability system in inspection and supervision,and explores the problems existing in technology,economy and management in its actual operation.. Based on this,optimization paths such as strengthening technological integration,promotingdata interconnection and interoperability,and improving policiesandregulations are proposed,with theaimofenhancing the eficiencyof the fod safety traceabilitysystem, providing more effcient supervision means for regulatory authorities,and promoting the healthy development of the food industry at the same time.
