Optimization Analysis of Quality Management System of Food Processing Enterprises from the Perspective of Bioengineering

Abstract: From the perspective of bioengineering, this paper systematically analyzes the botlenecks of the existing quality management system of food processng enterprises and proposes an optimization path based on technology integration.By dynamically updating quality standards, integrating biosensors and blockchain technology to achieve ful-rocess risk management,strengthening bioengineering methods such as enzymelinked immunosorbent assayand metabolomics analysis,and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration to buildan intellgent and forward-looking quality management system.The research aims to provide theoretical support and practical reference for food processing enterprises,and promote the precision and sustainable development of quality management.
