Problems and Countermeasures of Data Quality Control in Food Safety Inspection

Abstract： This paper analyzes the key problems existing in data quality control in food safety testing from three dimensions： personnel， technology and management，and proposes targeted solutions.It emphasizes that by strengthening personnel capability training，upgrading technical equipment and improving management systems， a systematic data quality guarantee system can be constructed to provide theoretical references for improving the efficiency of food safety supervision.
