Problems and Countermeasures of Data Quality Control in Food Safety Inspection

Abstract: This paper analyzes the key problems existing in data quality control in food safety testing from three dimensions: personnel, technology and management,and proposes targeted solutions.It emphasizes that by strengthening personnel capability training,upgrading technical equipment and improving management systems, a systematic data quality guarantee system can be constructed to provide theoretical references for improving the efficiency of food safety supervision.
