Abstract: At present, inorderto further improve thequality and tasteoffood,food processng enterprises generallychoose toaddfoodadiives.However,excessiveuseorincorctuseoffoodadditives canlead tofoodsafety problems and affectthe healthofconsumers.Based on this,this paper studies the positive effectsoffood additives on the nutritional qualityoffood,analyzes the deficiencies intheuse offood aditives,and puts forward suggestions on the rational use of food additives, hoping to regulate the use of food additives and ensure food safety.
