Determination of14 Inorganic Elements in Fuding Betel Nut Taro byICP-MS

Abstract: Objective: To simultaneously determine the contents of 14 inorganic elements in Fuding betel nut taro using inductively coupled plasma massspectrometry (ICP-MS). Method: After microwave digestion,the Fuding betel nut taro samples were tested for 14 inorganic elements using ICP-MS.Result: The experiments showed that the 14 elements tested exhibited a good linear relationship within a certain range, with average recoveries ranging from 94.40% to 105.83% ,and relative standard deviation valuesall below 4% .Conclusion:This testing method has the advantages of simple sample pretreatment,convenient operation,and high sensitivity,and can be applied to the determination and analysis of multiple element contents in Fuding betel nut taro.

福鼎檳榔芋,又稱(chēng)福鼎芋,屬于天南星科魁芋類(lèi),母芋一般呈長(zhǎng)圓柱形,長(zhǎng)度一般在 35cm 左右,直徑通常有 10cm ,外皮呈黃棕色或紅棕色,芋肉體以乳白色為主,附帶紫色檳榔花紋,其主要產(chǎn)自福鼎市的貫嶺鎮(zhèn)、前岐鎮(zhèn)、管陽(yáng)鎮(zhèn)、點(diǎn)頭鎮(zhèn)、潘溪鎮(zhèn)等地區(qū),這些地區(qū)氣候溫暖、雨量適中,具有典型的中亞熱帶海洋性季風(fēng)氣候。(剩余3375字)
