Abstract： High performance liquid chromatography plays an important role in the detection of harmful substances such as pesticideresidues，veterinary drug residues，and food aditives due to its high resolution and wide applicabilityandhas become one of thekeytechnologies inthefieldoffoodsafetytesting.Thisarticle systematically analyzes the chalenges faced by high-performance liquid chromatography in food safety testing，and proposes a seriesof scientifically reasonable optimization strategies for existing problems，aiming to further improve detection efficiency and analysis accuracy， and provide more solid technical support for food safety supervision.
