Abstract：With the large-scale and diversified development of the food industry， the food supply chain has become increasingly complex，and risk points have also increased.From food production and processing to sales and catering services，to storage and transportation，there may be potential safety risks.In order to safeguard the rights and interests of consumers，it is necessary to continuously improve the overallevel offood supervision.This article analyzes the role of food safety supervision and sampling in fod supervision，and proposes corresponding implementation strategies to improve the level offood safety supervision and sampling.

當(dāng)前，食品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈呈現(xiàn)全球化的發(fā)展趨勢，使得食品生產(chǎn)者、經(jīng)營者的數(shù)量急劇增加，潛在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)也越來越多，而傳統(tǒng)的食品監(jiān)管方式存在檢測覆蓋面窄、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警落后、資源配置效率低等一系列現(xiàn)實(shí)問題，嚴(yán)重削弱了食品監(jiān)管的整體效能。（剩余3935字）
