Abstract： Agricultural products are the main source of food for people and occupy an indispensable position in the dietary structure.With the improvement of residents’quality of life，the quality and safety of agricultural products have become the focus of attention from all walks of ife.The quality and safety ofagricultural products not onlyconcerns the life and health rights of consumers，but also invisibly affects the sustainable development of he entire agricultural industry.This article focuses on the qualityand safety testing technologyof agricultural products， analyzes several common quality and safety testing technologies of agricultural products，and on this basis，looks forward to the development trend of related technologies，aiming to provide suggestions for improving the level of agricultural product qualityand safety testing，protect the vital interestsofconsumers from the source，and provide strong guarantees for the high-quality development of the agricultural industry.
