Application Problems and Improvement Countermeasures of Rapid Detection Technology in the Supervision of Food Additives

Abstract： As an important means for the supervision of food additives，rapid detection technology plays a crucial role in improving supervision efficiency and ensuring food safety. However，there are stillsome problems in its application proce，suchas technical limitations，insuficient equipment management，and uneven personnel quality.Targeted strategies are proposed for the existing problems，aiming to promote the more eficient and accurate application of detection technology in the supervision system of food additives.
