食品微生物檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)及其在食品安全中的應(yīng)用探究
摘 要:食品安全事關(guān)人們的身體健康及生命安全,食品微生物檢驗(yàn)是確保食品安全的重要保障。本文在分析我國(guó)食品微生物檢驗(yàn)基本內(nèi)容及特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,綜述了當(dāng)前食品微生物檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)的原理、應(yīng)用及存在的問(wèn)題。

Food Microbial Inspection Technology and Its Application in Food Safety Research

Abstract: Food safety is related to people’s health and life safety, food microbiological examination is an important safeguard to ensure food safety. Based on the analysis of the basic contents and characteristics of food microbiological examination in China, this paper summarizes the principle, application and existing problems of the current food microbiological inspection technology.
