摘 要:圣女果營養(yǎng)價值高,屬于呼吸躍變型果實,保質(zhì)期短。圣女果采摘后的各種生理變化仍在繼續(xù),出現(xiàn)水分流失、營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消耗和腐敗變質(zhì)等現(xiàn)象。采取合適的保鮮技術(shù)可明顯延長圣女果貨架期。本文通過分析現(xiàn)有圣女果保鮮技術(shù)的應(yīng)用及研究現(xiàn)狀,為圣女果保鮮技術(shù)的應(yīng)用提供一定的理論指導(dǎo)。

Research Progress on Physiological Changes and Preservation Technology of Cherry Tomatoes After Harvest

Abstract: Cherry tomatoes are of high nutritional value and belong to the respiratory jump type fruit with short shelf life. After harvest, the physiological changes of cherry tomatoes continued, such as water loss, nutrient consumption and spoilage. The shelf life of cherry tomatoes can be significantly prolonged by adopting appropriate preservation technology. In this paper, the application and research status of cherry tomatoes preservation technology were analyzed to provide some theoretical guidance for the application of cherry tomatoes preservation technology.
