摘 要:隨著人們生活水平的日益提升,食品安全問題日益受到重視?,F(xiàn)如今,進(jìn)入市場的食物品種和數(shù)量急劇增長,因此必須對食品檢測實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量管理,才能全面保證食品的質(zhì)量和安全性。本文從我國目前食品檢驗(yàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室存在的問題出發(fā),對如何做好我國食品檢驗(yàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢驗(yàn)過程中的質(zhì)量控制與管理工作進(jìn)行探討。

Research on Quality Control of Food Inspection Laboratory Inspection Process

Abstract: With the increasing improvement of people’s living standards, the food safety problem is getting more and more attention. Nowadays, the variety and quantity of food entering the market have increased sharply. Therefore, strict quality management must be carried out in food testing laboratories in order to ensure the quality and safety of the food. Starting from the problems existing in food inspection laboratories in China, this paper discusses how to improve the quality control and management of the inspection process of food inspection laboratories in China.
