摘 要:本文圍繞新監(jiān)管形勢(shì)下食品抽樣工作存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討,分析了食品安全抽樣環(huán)節(jié)存在的4個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)4個(gè)問(wèn)題提出了解決方案,為各級(jí)監(jiān)管部門(mén)及檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)更好地開(kāi)展食品安全抽樣工作提供參考。

Exploration and Thinking of Food Sampling Work Under New Supervision Situation

Abstract: This paper discusses the problems existing in food sampling work under new supervision situation, and analyzes the problems existing in four aspects of food safety sampling, and puts forward solutions to these problems, which can provide references for supervision departments and inspection organizations at all levels to better carry out food safety sampling work.
