行政執(zhí)法方面存在的問題和思考

——從丹陽市農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全的角度看

摘 要：農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全保障是關(guān)系民生的大事，但目前監(jiān)管農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全的行政執(zhí)法方面還存在一些問題。因此，本文依據(jù)當(dāng)前農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全方面的基本情況，分析農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管中存在的問題，提出農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全行政執(zhí)法的建議，以期提高行政執(zhí)法能力水平，把好農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全關(guān)。

Problems and Considerations in Administrative Law Enforcement

——From the Perspective of the Quality and Safety of

Agricultural Products in Danyang City

Abstract： The quality and safety of agricultural products is a major event related to people’s livelihood， but there are still some problems in the administrative law enforcement to supervise the quality and safety of agricultural products. Therefore， according to the current basic situation of the quality and safety of agricultural products， analyze the problems existing in the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products， put forward the suggestions of administrative law enforcement， in order to improve the level of administrative law enforcement ability， the quality and safety of agricultural products.
