烏龍茶和花茶中的農(nóng)藥殘留問(wèn)題

摘 要：近年來(lái)，隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步，農(nóng)藥的使用愈發(fā)普及，在為我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)帶來(lái)便利的同時(shí)也給我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)尤其是茶葉種植帶來(lái)了一定的負(fù)面影響。本文闡述了烏龍茶和花茶中的農(nóng)藥殘留現(xiàn)狀，分析了烏龍茶和花茶中存在農(nóng)藥殘留的原因，提出了烏龍茶和花茶中農(nóng)藥殘留的解決措施，以促進(jìn)我國(guó)茶業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。

Pesticide Residues in Oolong Tea and Scented Tea

Abstract： In recent years， with the progress of science and technology， the use of pesticides has become more and more popular， which not only brings some convenience to China’s agricultural production， but also has a certain negative impact on China’s agricultural production， especially tea planting. This paper expounds the present situation of pesticide residues in Oolong tea and scented tea， analyzes the causes of pesticide residues in Oolong tea and scented tea， and puts forward the solutions of pesticide residues in Oolong tea and scented tea， so as to promote the further development of China’s tea industry.

我國(guó)茶葉無(wú)論是內(nèi)銷還是出口，在檢測(cè)過(guò)程中都存在一定的問(wèn)題，其中農(nóng)藥殘留問(wèn)題較為嚴(yán)重，制約著我國(guó)茶葉的正常生產(chǎn)和銷售，并對(duì)茶葉產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生一定的威脅，尤其是烏龍茶和花茶，常由于含有大量農(nóng)藥殘留而被詬病。（剩余3919字）
