一種MPV數(shù)據(jù)開發(fā)階段的NVH性能分析

摘 要:本文為解決發(fā)動機怠速D、R檔整車抖動的問題,通過有限元法模擬仿真懸置系統(tǒng)及副車架。通過優(yōu)化前后懸置系統(tǒng)和副車架結(jié)構(gòu),有效的降低了發(fā)動機怠速的抖動問題。同時路噪變化都在理想范圍內(nèi),使整車性能得到了明顯提升。

NVH Performance Analysis in MPV Data Development Stage

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of vehicle jitter in D and R gears at engine idle speed, the suspension system and subframe are simulated by finite element method. By optimizing the front and rear suspension system and subframe structure, the problem of engine idle jitter is effectively reduced. At the same time, the road noise changes are within the ideal range, which significantly improves the performance of the whole vehicle.

1 引言
白車身結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)反映白車身結(jié)構(gòu)的固有振動特性,對白車身進行模態(tài)分析可判斷是否存在與怠速發(fā)動機激勵頻率、聲腔模態(tài)頻率等重合的模態(tài),以及在實車NVH改進過程中作為參考,從白車身模態(tài)頻率和振型入手進行分析,如某些轉(zhuǎn)速下車內(nèi)的轟鳴聲。(剩余1756字)
