職業(yè)教育做好新增專(zhuān)業(yè)工作初探

摘 要：新增專(zhuān)業(yè)是職業(yè)教育整個(gè)工作中重要一環(huán)，卻多年存在著專(zhuān)干業(yè)務(wù)能力不足、設(shè)備購(gòu)買(mǎi)和場(chǎng)地建設(shè)資金不足、師資聘用受機(jī)制束縛等問(wèn)題，表現(xiàn)出可行性論證報(bào)告質(zhì)量不高、市級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配套缺失、設(shè)備利用率低且無(wú)人指導(dǎo)等工作癥結(jié)表現(xiàn)，相應(yīng)提出了專(zhuān)家級(jí)教研隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、資金保障、師資保障等建議舉措。

On How to Do the Work of New Majors Well in Vocational Education

Abstract：New majors are an important part of the whole work of vocational education， but there have been many problems for many years， such as insufficient professional ability， insufficient funds for equipment purchase and site construction， and the employment of teachers is constrained by the mechanism， which shows the crux of the work， such as the low quality of feasibility demonstration report， the lack of municipal standards， low utilization rate of equipment and no guidance. Accordingly， the article puts forward some suggestions and measures， such as the construction of expert teaching and research team， capital guarantee， teacher guarantee and so on.
