混凝土攪拌半掛運輸車前支撐開裂分析及優(yōu)化
摘 要:某型攪拌半掛車在行駛23000km時,車架前支撐發(fā)現多處開裂的現象。使用UG軟件建立車架前支撐三維模型,通過仿真分析確定原結構的應力分布及應力最大值區(qū)域。通過結構優(yōu)化創(chuàng)建多種車架前支撐結構,通過靜止、加速、制動三個工況下的有限元分析對比,尋找最優(yōu)方案并驗證其可行性。

Cracking Analysis and Optimization of Front Support of Concrete Mixing Semi-trailer Truck

Abstract:Several cracks were found in the front support of the frame of a type of mixing semi-trailer when driving 23000 km. The three-dimensional model of frame front support is established by UG software, and the stress distribution and maximum stress area of the original structure are determined through simulation analysis. Through structural optimization, a variety of frame front support structures are created. Through finite element analysis and comparison under static, acceleration and braking conditions, the optimal scheme is found and its feasibility is verified.
