摘 要:為了保證曲軸箱通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)能夠滿足法規(guī)要求,通過對排放法規(guī)的解讀,結(jié)合曲軸箱通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的工作原理,為每個曲軸箱通風(fēng)管路選擇相應(yīng)的技術(shù)路線。在平衡相沖突的整車目標(biāo)與成本后,確定每個曲軸箱通風(fēng)管路的最優(yōu)設(shè)計方案,同時為后續(xù)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計也奠定了扎實的基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract:In order to ensure that the crankcase ventilation system can meet the regulatory requirements, through the interpretation of emission regulations and combined with the working principle of crankcase ventilation system, the corresponding technical route is selected for each crankcase ventilation pipeline. After balancing the conflicting vehicle objectives and costs, the optimal design scheme of each crankcase ventilation pipeline is determined, which also lays a solid foundation for the subsequent detailed design.
