基于MASTA軟件的某車(chē)橋齒輪修形優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要：本文提供了一種基于MASTA軟件進(jìn)行齒輪修形的快速方法，通過(guò)對(duì)齒輪載荷接觸分析，預(yù)測(cè)齒間載荷和齒向載荷分布狀況，對(duì)比齒輪修形前后齒輪振幅、傳動(dòng)誤差變化及齒輪接觸斑點(diǎn)這些評(píng)價(jià)修形指標(biāo)的變化情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)修行后齒輪的嚙合性能和承載能力都得到了很大地提升，為后期產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供指導(dǎo)作用。

Optimization Design of Modification of an Axle Gear Based on Masta Software

Abstract：This paper provides a fast method for gear modification based on Masta software. Through the contact analysis of gear load， the distribution of inter tooth load and tooth direction load are predicted， and the changes of gear amplitude， transmission error and gear contact spots before and after gear modification are compared. It is found that the meshing performance and bearing capacity of the gear have been greatly improved after practice， which provides guidance for the optimal design and practical application of later products.

1 引言

驅(qū)動(dòng)車(chē)橋輪邊部分是整個(gè)汽車(chē)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力輸出終端，在整車(chē)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中，由于輪邊行星排齒輪受不同的載荷工況、加工制造以及裝配誤差的影響，往往出現(xiàn)齒輪偏載、傳遞誤差偏大、齒輪錯(cuò)位等現(xiàn)象發(fā)生，嚴(yán)重削弱齒輪的承載能力和傳動(dòng)質(zhì)量，增大齒輪早期失效的概率。（剩余1351字）
