點焊機器人電極帽自動換帽裝置的研發(fā)及應用

摘 要：為解決汽車白車身焊裝生產線的點焊機器人電極帽更換存在的安全、效率和質量的問題，本文提出一種點焊電極帽自動換帽裝置的研發(fā)方案。分別介紹了裝置的技術方案、設計方案、工作原理和應用實例。最后總結了該裝置的優(yōu)點和應用效果。

Development and Application of Automatic Cap Changing Device for Electrode Cap of Spot Welding Robot

Abstract：In order to solve the problems of safety， efficiency and quality in the electrode cap replacement of spot welding robot in automobile body in white welding production line， a research and development scheme of automatic cap replacement device for spot welding electrode cap is proposed in this paper. The technical scheme， design scheme， working principle and application example of the device are introduced respectively. Finally， the advantages and application effects of the device are summarized.
