大型車身覆蓋件模具冷卻機構的設計

摘 要：概述了大型車身覆蓋件模具的結構特點和成型工藝，針對傳統(tǒng)工藝的缺陷，開發(fā)了一種用于高速深沖切成型模具的冷卻機構，并且針對冷卻機構的結構設計進行了介紹。實踐證明，模具結構合理，高速深切沖成型質量滿足設計要求。

Design of Die Cooling Mechanism for Large Body Panel

Abstract：The structural characteristics and forming process of large body panel die are summarized. Aiming at the defects of traditional process， a cooling mechanism for high-speed deep punching forming die is developed， and the structural design of the cooling mechanism is introduced. The practice shows that the die structure is reasonable and the quality of high-speed deep punching meets the design requirements.
