以“知識好學(xué),學(xué)生愿學(xué)”為導(dǎo)向的基因工程課程教學(xué)實(shí)踐與探索
摘 要:為了突破基因工程知識不好學(xué)、學(xué)生不愛學(xué)的難題,課程從“讓學(xué)生參與主導(dǎo)課堂”“讓基因工程知識動起來”和“讓基因工程知識用起來”三個維度進(jìn)行教學(xué)改革與探索,旨在探索構(gòu)建基因工程“知識好學(xué),學(xué)生愿學(xué)”的教學(xué)策略,以期提高本科教育中基因工程的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

Abstract:The genetic engineering knowledge is not easy to learn.And the students don’t like to learn it.In order to solve these problems,the teaching reform and exploration of the course are carried out by three ways.Let students participate in the leading classroom.Let the knowledge of genetic engineering move.Let the knowledge of genetic engineering put to work.The teaching strategy of "knowledge is easy to learn,students are willing to learn" is explored,which is hoped to improve the teaching quality of genetic engineering in undergraduate education.

近年來,隨著生物技術(shù)高端科技應(yīng)用價值的體現(xiàn)以及行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,生物技術(shù)成為推動時代科技創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大力量,而這股力量中的主角之一基因工程技術(shù)已應(yīng)用到各個學(xué)科領(lǐng)域之中,成為生物學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、農(nóng)學(xué)等學(xué)科站在新的高度和角度進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展的重要手段[1-3]。(剩余4752字)
