信息時代高校教師教學能力體系構(gòu)建研究

摘要 文章從信息時代構(gòu)建高校教師教學能力體系的重要意義入手,提出高校教師教學能力體系要從信息化教學設(shè)計能力、教學實施能力、教學反思能力三個方面構(gòu)建,指出提高高校教師教學能力體系構(gòu)建應(yīng)打牢教師思想根基、扎實其應(yīng)用能力、廣泛開展評比競賽的對策建議。

Research on the Construction of College Teachers' Teaching Ability System in the Information Age

AbstractStarting with the significance of constructing the teaching ability system of college teachers in the information age,this paper puts forward that the teaching ability system of college teachers should be constructed from three aspects:the ability of information-based teaching design,the ability of teaching implementation,and the ability of teaching reflection,and points out that the construction of the teaching ability system of college teachers should lay a solid ideological foundation for teachers,consolidate their application ability,and widely carry out evaluation competitions.
