淺析高校學(xué)科隊伍建設(shè)

摘要 文章分析了學(xué)科帶頭人、學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人、學(xué)科骨干群在學(xué)科建設(shè)中的重要作用，建議通過強化分類自主培養(yǎng)、重視優(yōu)質(zhì)資源共享、堅持多方吸納引進等舉措不斷構(gòu)建學(xué)科隊伍儲備成長梯隊，對高校學(xué)科隊伍建設(shè)提出了提高崗位準入標準、加強過程管理和優(yōu)化考核評價機制方面的對策建議，以期助力提升高校學(xué)科建設(shè)水平和綜合實力。

An Elementary Analysis of the Discipline Team in Colleges and Universities

AbstractThe paper analyzes the importance of subject leaders，academic leaders and subject backbone groups in the subject construction，it is suggested that the reserve growth echelon of discipline team should be constantly built up through such measures as strengthening the independent cultivation of classification，attaching importance to the sharing of high-quality resources，and persisting in multi-party absorption and introduction，puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions：improving the post admittance standard，strengthening the process management and optimizing the examination and evaluation mechanism，so as to promote the level of discipline construction and comprehensive strength of in colleges and universities.
