職業(yè)勝任力視角下應(yīng)用型高校專業(yè)課程“雙導(dǎo)師制”的探索

摘要 基于校企深度合作,以應(yīng)用型本科高校專業(yè)課程為載體,學(xué)校教師和企業(yè)工程師組成“雙導(dǎo)師”,共同對(duì)專業(yè)課程的教學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、教學(xué)資源、教學(xué)模式、實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目和考核評(píng)價(jià)等進(jìn)行全方位改革,教學(xué)的每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都注重學(xué)生職業(yè)勝任力的滲透和培養(yǎng),從而為學(xué)生的可持續(xù)發(fā)展打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

AbstractBased on the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,taking the professional courses of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities as the carrier,school teachers and enterprise engineers form a "double tutor" to jointly carry out an all-round reform of the teaching standards,teaching resources,teaching modes,experimental projects,assessment and evaluation of professional courses. Every link of teaching and learning pays attention to the infiltration and cultivation of students' professional competence,so as to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of students.

2020年11月,我國(guó)教育部、工業(yè)和信息化部聯(lián)合出臺(tái)了本科高?!冬F(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院建設(shè)指南》,強(qiáng)調(diào)各本科高校要“圍繞國(guó)家和地方的重點(diǎn)發(fā)展需求,通過(guò)校企深度合作強(qiáng)化學(xué)生職業(yè)勝任力的培養(yǎng)”[1],這為應(yīng)用型本科高校的應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)和專業(yè)發(fā)展指明了新的方向。(剩余3622字)
