基于能力本位教育模式的土木工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)改革研究

摘 要:為提升土木工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,探討目前土木工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)策略,分析當(dāng)前土木工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)存在的教學(xué)理念、師資素質(zhì)和校企合作等問題。并針對(duì)存在的問題結(jié)合能力導(dǎo)向教育模式理念提出相應(yīng)的改革措施,從而提升學(xué)生實(shí)際應(yīng)用能力,為社會(huì)建設(shè)提供高素質(zhì)人才。

Abstract: In order to improve the quality of civil engineering professional personnel training, this paper discusses the current civil engineering professional personnel training strategy, analyzes the current civil engineering professional personnel training existing teaching philosophy, teacher quality, school-enterprise cooperation and other problems. In view of the existing problems and combined with the concept of competency-based education mode, the corresponding reform measures are put forward, so as to enhance students' practical application ability and provide high-quality talents for social construction.
