牢記教育之初心使命 加強(qiáng)醫(yī)學(xué)生職業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)
——基于應(yīng)用型護(hù)理人才的視角
摘 要:該文就培養(yǎng)什么人、怎樣培養(yǎng)人、為誰培養(yǎng)人的教育根本問題進(jìn)行思考,全文貫徹全國教育大會(huì)精神,從家國情懷、職業(yè)擔(dān)當(dāng)、專業(yè)能力和人文修養(yǎng)不同層次深入討論。提出新醫(yī)科背景下,牢記教育之初心,努力爭(zhēng)做“四有”好老師,幫助學(xué)生提升道德情操,加強(qiáng)應(yīng)用型護(hù)理人才職業(yè)精神的培養(yǎng)。

Abstract: This paper considers the fundamental issues of education about who to train, how to train, and for whom, the full text implements the spirit of the National Education Conference, and discusses in-depth from different levels of family and country feelings, professional responsibility, professional ability, and humanities. It is proposed that under the background of the new medicine,we should keep in mind the original intention of education, strive to be a good teacher of the "Four-Haves", help students improve their moral sentiment, and strengthen the training of applied nursing talents' professionalism.
